These Terms govern your use of datongtaiji.com and purchases of pre-recorded Taiji video courses operated by Datong Tai Chi Academy Ltd. (“we”, “us”). By using this site or buying a course, you agree to these Terms.
1. Operator

2. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. 3. What you buy
You purchase a personal licence to stream pre-recorded instructional video for the stated term (typically one year) on this site after payment succeeds. This is not a live class, not a Zoom session, not in-person tuition, and not medical advice. Content may be updated during the term. You do not buy ownership of the files or a right to download and redistribute them.
4. Accounts
Access uses the same email account as our academy site where applicable. Keep your password secret. Paid access is personal and non-transferable. Do not share login or playback links.
5. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, re-host, resell, or publicly redistribute the videos. Do not circumvent access controls. We may suspend access for abuse or fraud where the law allows.
6. Intellectual property
Recordings, text, and marks are owned by Datong Tai Chi Academy Ltd. or our licensors. Purchase is a limited, non-exclusive, personal licence to watch the course you paid for.
7. No medical claims
Materials are for education and personal practice only. They are not diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Practise within safe limits and consult qualified professionals for health conditions.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and courses are provided as available. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. For a paid course, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for that course in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Saskatchewan courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you another forum.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms for later use and purchases.
